Guest guest
Sally, Has it really been 25 weeks on AP for you? I think the Hopi's are right...time is moving faster. I'm so excited that you are seeing results from your AP in that your gums are healing. It is a small step, but positive confirmation that you are on the right track. Yea! I know that changing my diet has helped me greatly. I've stopped eating wheat and gluten and have really cut back on dairy (mostly butter and cheese were in my diet). I do still eat yogurt a few times a week. I know you have an extremely clean diet (bless your heart, I admire your strength and perseverance). But perhaps you are still eating something that is aggravating your immune system. My husband believes in the ideas in the book, Eat Right for your Type (referring to blood type). It deals with the idea that certain foods aggravate the bodies of people with certain blood types. I'm on the fence about it, but one never knows. With us, any relief we can give our immune systems could make a world of difference. My best to all in this new year! Amy
Guest guest
Hello Amy, Lovely to be back with you again! Yes, hard to believe 26 weeks.....more like 5 minutes! Way back, I read eating for your blood type (I'm an A) and I could relate to so much of it. Must say, what my body wants, is for my blood type.....and not want, is against my blood type. My diet is pretty clean, and far from perfect. Ate some xmas cookies and for days felt worse.....sugar! Nasty stuff. Been reading posts today of people going into remission, and now worse! Very sad......and must say, doesn't boost my faith and trust on this journey! Amy, I pray and feel, that as we raise up in consciousness this year and next, many of these diseases will fall away. I just can't believe that this is why I'm hear at this time......to be in pain and homebound! Such horrific suffering going on. Heaven is on Earth. My heart knows this. So, onward and upward to a miraculous 2011! Sally yes, gums not bleeding is a good sign. Sometimes on Sat/Sun when not on AP, there is sometimes little amount of blood. Have you done any IV's? I haven't. rheumatic Gingivitis and RA Sally, Has it really been 25 weeks on AP for you? I think the Hopi's are right...time is moving faster.
