Hi everyone,

I just have to share this with all of you.

Recently, I went to my doctor complaining about my skin rashes and overall

discomfort associated with DM. He examined me and told me that my digestion was

severely impaired (too little stomach acid, gallbladder, etc) and told me also

that my energy was low.

He recommended that I take Betaine Hydrocloride and bromelain for my digestion.

Also, he recommended that I do Tai Chi upon waking to helping get the energy

flowing in my body.

I am not kidding you, I have been following his recommendations for about 1 1/2

weeks and my skin is really calming down and I really feel like I have more

energy. I have been really really suffering all winter long and I have finally

found something that seems to be helping.

I just thought I would share. I hope my progress continues. I would like to get

my health under control without the use of toxic meds. I am just trying to have

faith.

Oh yes, forgot to mention, that I am taking Ultra Clear to detox my liver too.

I know Amy has talked about that on here. That is helping too.

I tried to take Minocin for about two weeks but the herxing was so bad, prior to

taking the supplements mentioned above, that I had to stop because I thought I

was losing my mind. If I can get the inflammation under control, I may give the

Minocin another try.

Have a great day everyone!

Suzanne
