Guest guest
Well, I do think I've lost some more weight, so I'm gonna just give you a quickie rundown of what I eat. Remember - I have always felt that calorie control is an important part of this diet. For breakfast I normally only have a 20-oz black coffee with splenda and a 20 -oz glass of water. occasionally if hungry i will pick up scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage from mcdonalds. lunch - a couple of chicken breasts or pork chops or the like leftover from dinner, and a small salad. if they order out (pizza) i get the antipasto salad. In the afternoon I like a 1 oz bag of planters peanuts. i drink black (strong) coffee with splenda all day. and usually get in about 100 oz of water - sometimes somewhat less. Dinner is usually two servings of meat, plus a large salad or a half can of buttered green beans or sauteed cabbage or something like that. The salads I fix for dinner consist of a large amount of head lettuce (I don't buy the bags - I don't think they taste right), many grape tomatoes cut in half, cucumber, alot of chopped green onion, and usually sprouts. I toss it in a large bowl, as you use much less dressing that way, and I do use a delicious, full-fat dressing. Yesterday I had coffee for breakfast, two chicken breasts and 10 cucumber slices dipped in dill dip for lunch. for dinner I had two huge bratwurst and a nice big salad with my favorite greek dressing. I did have TWO little bags of peanuts in the afternoon, and probably more coffee than usual but I also downed about 80 oz of water. I'm not much of a cheese eater, and I have learned to drink my coffee with out cream. ) A typical snack in the evening (IF i have one) is porkrinds and dill dip.
