My holistic gyno says that when you are on HC, you must also rebuild the

adrenals in the meantime. She recommends ADR by Pure encapsulations for this

purpose, but I'm sure Dr. 's got some good adrenal rebuilding stuff

available too. The best but most expensive stuff he advocates for rebuilding

adrenals is liquid adrenal cell extracts that come in vials that he talks about

in " cocoonnutrition.com "

Does anyone use any of his products? Should we incorporate along with

HC?

I personally found them to be overpriced for what they are. I use

adrenal cortex products from my local compounding pharmacy. The

product is off the shelf. Mine cost around $15. a bottle. I used with

good results. Think they offer good support for the adrenals when used

with other things. (whole salt, vitamin C, SLEEP!)
