Guest guest
Val, This particular backacke is just like the ones I got at 30mg HC. I don't usually have backaches in the am. The pain was bilateral, and up high enough to be adrenals. Neverthe less, I will stay at 22.5 today. Yes, I drink one cup of Java soy (not ehuf soy to matter but less caffeine than regular coffee). This week I am changing to half leaded and half decaf - who has had 13+ kidney stones, and knows where her kidneys are. Guest guest
I also have those adrenal pains. When I started increasing my dosage from 20 mg I thought they would go away and strangely they did not. I am at 27 mg now. bw Nil Re: Aldosterone/Re: Experiences with PS and Insomnia Please Val, This particular backacke is just like the ones I got at 30mg HC. I don't usually have backaches in the am. Guest guest
I used to have them just before my next dosage time arrives and they used to go away when I take my next dosage. So,I know those are adrenal related, Lately my condition went worse due to some exhaustion. I also have ongoing sadness and some depression.Nothing helps.Even increasing the dosage. My brain must be sending continuous worry signals and that is depleting my adrenals.. that is what I am thinking. It was interesting for me to notice that increasing dosage did not help. bw Nil Re: Aldosterone/Re: Experiences with PS and Insomnia Please You are still having them? Guest guest
Hope it is ok to jump in here ,as I am still learning the rules. I do not know To trim posts ,and so I have learned that. This is my first yahoo group. I have problems with pain and bad palpitations on the HC at most mgs. However on Prednisone, no issues. a
Guest guest
Today I didn't have that pain, but I wasn't in bed as long. Maybe it has to do with how long we sleep? Grabbing straws here.
