Guest guest Posted March 9, 2002 Report Share Posted March 9, 2002 This concoction will certainly not be mistaken for fine Belgian chocolate, but it does satisfy a certain something and is another way I eat coconut oil. Quick and Dirty Chocolate Candy 6 packets of stevia plus (use sweetner of choice, I do low carb, so I don't use caloric sweetners) 1 generous TB of cocoa - I use Va Houten's 2 TB of natural peanut butter 2 TB coconut oil - gently melted 1/3 c walnuts Mix all up and pour on waxed paper Freeze Break into pieces and Enjoy!!
