Oh, really? I didn't know that. I guess I have always eating more and don't

know what is normal for someone my size. Okay, I am not that active so I

will try more activity and less calories and see what happens.

Thanks.

>>I didn't worry about it at first, but now I am up to 30 lbs in 3 months

and

I am eating very healthy and around 1800 calories.<<

Unless you are quite active you should not be eating 1800 calories! What

is recomended by better diet protocols is about 1200 for a normal fairly

sedentary person.. which most of us fall into! LOL Personally if I eat over

1000 a day I gain liek crazy but my metabolism is really bad STILL.

Ah, yes cigarrettes. My first diet in my teens. I'm one of those who

can't eat and smoke even remotely close together and when I was addicted

to nicotine, I preferred to smoke over eating. But mostly I just starved

or was bulemic. Luckily I only smoked from 13 to16, but even at that it

took me about forever to quit.

I came to terms with my overweight a long time ago, but gaining again

after being stable for so many years is really upsetting. Mostly because

it affects what I can do, how I can move. This last gain has really put

me over the top to where I can barely lotion my feet or put socks on

without dislocating my knees. Awful.

I was totally opposite. When I smoked I could eat nonstop and lose weight.

Totally frustrating

when I quit smoking and went hypo and suddenly couldn't eat anything without

gaining.

Talk about instant karma!
