The Lethal Impact of Flawed Government

The Lethal Impact of Flawed Government

By Bill Faloon

Horrifying problems are being overlooked by a majority of the

American citizenry.

We hear almost daily reports of governmental ineptitude and fraud

but blindly assume this will not seriously impact us.

Complacency in the face of oppressive and ineffective government is

absurd in light of real world examples that exist today.

An extreme illustration can be seen between the per capita income of

North and South Korea. If you are fortunate enough to live in South Korea, you

enjoy annual per capita income of $26,000, but those confined to North Korea

struggle with a meager annual per capita income of $1,700. The North Korean

government shoots those who try to flee to China or the South.

It was not always this way. In the early part of last century, North

Korea was the prosperous part of the country. It has more natural resources and

had greater industrial development. After suffering nearly 60 years under the

rule of a centrally directed economic dictatorship, the population is

impoverished. Famine is estimated to have killed millions in the mid 1990s and

remains a threat today. South Korea, on the other hand, has the 30th highest per

capita income in the world.

The difference between South and North Korea is government.

In the United States today, our government is being manipulated at

every level by pharmaceutical interests. As Life Extension® adamantly predicated

in the 1980s, the inevitable consequence of governmental intrusion into health

care is the approval of dangerous drugs, the delay of lifesaving therapies, and

the financial insolvency of this nation.

In the coming months, you will be reading inside reports about how

prescription drugs are being marked up 100 times over the cost of manufacture.

Consumers pay these rip-off government-protected prices through their medical

insurance premiums, prescription drug co-pays, or out-of-pocket purchases of

FDA-approved medications.

To add insult to the largest consumer fraud in the history of

mankind, pharmaceutical interests have successfully lobbied Congress to pass the

Medicare Prescription Drug Act of 2007 and the Health Care Reform Act of 2010

that mandates that tax dollars be used to pay these grossly inflated

prescription drug prices. Just imagine owning a business where you sell

something for 100 times more than it costs to make, and the government

guarantees you get paid in full when your customers don't have the money?

As you will read in this report, pharmaceutical industry greed

extends beyond the hundreds of billions of profits guaranteed by your tax

dollars. They are also using the government to suppress competition from

low-cost dietary supplements by having agencies like the GAO (General Accounting

Office) disseminate biased information for the purposes of motivating Congress

to pass even more restrictive legislation against what you are allowed to put in

your body.

You still have a choice as to whether this country goes the way of

North or South Korea. Email your Congressional Representative and two Senators

that you will not tolerate them denying your free access to dietary supplements.

Hi Deb,

I also belong to Life extension. Love the magazine. Their prices on some

things are a bit high for me but love the magazine. I used to like the

magazine GNC put out but they do not even print it anymore. I have tried

other health mags and I am far beyond their articles thanks to all of you

and google so I don't buy them.

I understand big pharm has been taken to court many times by life extension.

I hope the government comes up against them! I call my senators and

legislators on a regular basis and encourage them to leave supplements

alone. I know all of us here would be lost without them. Thanks for the

article.

I am doing much better. I did not realize how my everyday functioning was

going down when I went off AP. I just kept thinking I was getting old!! J

Amazing how much better I feel.

My hubby takes COQ 10 daily and he is not on statins. My DIL says it gives

her energy. I get tired legs. So everyone is different. We get ours from

Life extension.

I am always glad to see your name here on the site then I know you are doing

good also!

Hugs to you too.

Hey Cooky,

So you are back on AP? I am glad you are feeling better....

I love Life Extension as well...need to order more Co Q 10 since I am on a very

low dose statin....

Doing ok...still the ongoing stomach pains...mostly daily...DRs figure it is the

SD attacking the intestines...I just lie down or lay back when it hits and do

what I can...fortunately with the warm weather our pool is up and running and I

can get out and walk daily....I put a big inner tube thingy around me...and walk

for at least an hour...helps my lungs.....makes me stronger....

I am hanging in there...any abx seem to really mess up my stomach and aggravate

the stomach pains...so I am leery of them unless I have an upper respiratory

infection...but all in all...I deal...

Still thinking, planning, PLOTTING...how I can get tickets to a Home game of the

Steelers...am determined to see Troy play at Heinz Field... :>))

Hope you have a fun summer planned...and glad you are soooo so much

better....what abx are you on now? Take care.....

Hi Deb,

No trick thumb but I did have it on that thumb way back and the B6 did the

trick. I don't know about tendonitis.but it could be. Things just pop up

like this sometimes and I rest it and it stops and something else starts.not

fast movement like when I first had RA. Going to do some detoxing and see

where that takes me.

I keep at my friend about the pregames but he says his cousin has not got

back to him. I really will keep at him.

We never got the bad weather today but during the night (last night) we had

it. We were at the amusement park all day and it was hot and humid. I really

did not want to go but my daughter uses the guilt on me " Madison (grandbaby)

wants to go on the paratroopers with you and she will be so disappointed " . I

love that child to bits! Got home and showered then I used my foot massage

machine. All are staying here tonite so I " got to " put my grand to bed.I am

so tired.

Thanks for the note and I hope I get tickets for you.

willing to look up some info for you...if you can explain what is bothering you

with your thumb...I do love juicing and detoxing...and Ethels plan for the

You must be worn out with the family there...hope you get some sleep

tonight...you are soooo lucky to have grands...I wait and wait.. :>) so far,

none...sighhhhhh.....but I have dogs...so its all good...

I am still using the Soothe XP that you rec and it seems to keep the dry eye,

Sjogrens issue at bay..the dry mouth is another issue...I use Oasis Mouthwash

and drops, spray and that helps..comes and goes...sometimes it is difficult to

eat and others I don't even know I have it...comes and goes...right now, not

tooo bad...I am looking at diet to see what I can eat and not eat etc...that may

aggravate that condition...

Always something, you know the drill....so happy you had a lovely day with your

grand....talk to you soon..and again, let me know if there is anything I can

look up for you...I know we all have the net...but I also have every book out on
