That's curious. I can rub 1/4 teaspoon of the HC cream in my hands and forearms

and it absorbs easily. Maybe it's the brand of cream I use. I am using

Walmart's Equate brand.

experienced my first hard core thyroid dump so I backed off to only

using it at night. If I add that second dose of cream back in I should

make it the first bigger dose. The downside of that is finding enough

skin to rub in 1gm in the AM and .2gms at night - the stuff spreads

and spreads and I'm shrinking lately so I don't have a lot of extra

skin to work with. I know that that there are much less desirable

problems to have, but there it is. Are you going to cut your last

dose back too?

Mine absorbs quickly too, but I have really dry skin so maybe it has more to

do with that.
