We live in Missouri and I was wondering where you were located? We

just moved to north central MO from Illinois about 4 months ago.

About a 1 1\2 years ago we started nt and buy cutting out the white

flour and sugar which is in a lot of things my husband lost 25lbs and

I lost 15 without tring any thing else. I guess that we had already

done a few other things. no hydro oils, artifical stuff, which

limited some bad stuff. We have kept this wait off without trying.

We eat what I seem is a lot but we are satisfied so much longer as

long as we have the good fats.
