Guest guest
>>>Does anyone know if you can do the gallbladder/liver cleanse when you drink the epsom salts water and apple juice if you've had your gallbladder out? A friend of mine wants to do it, she's had her gallbladder out and I don't know if this will cause more stress on the liver in detoxing since there is no gallbladder.<<< Hi Roni, If you tell your friend to join this group, she will find others who have liver flushed after gall bladder removal. gallstones/ I joined this group a few years ago when I was having some biliary colic (caused either by a stuck stone or sludge) and started liver flushing. It cleared it right up and I haven't had any attacks since. While in this group, I was amazed to hear people still did liver/gall bladder flushes, but it made sense when it was explained....stones form in the liver and then roll down into the gall bladder, a kind of recepticle for them. I'm not sure if the flush would need to be modified for someone who doesn't have a gall bladder, as it was so long ago and my memory isn't good on this point. However, if she joins the group and posts her questions, she'll get a lot of good input from others who have been there a while...or just by listening in. hey share all kinds of good info on liver/GB friendly diets, supplements, etc, too. All the best to you and your friend and hope she finds the info she's needing. Peace, Maz
