Jumpy after starting T3

Hi Val, so it might be a both, dropping l pellet Isocort and the T3 . I don't

know why l sabotage myself that way. I guess wanting desperately to stop the

inner shakiness, but also desperate to go back on the T3. Because of all that,

I believe I'll discoontinue the T3. the remainder of the day as I'm more

shakey and uptight than I've been lately.

Any suggestions on how to stop this tenseness and instability inside. I have

to teach a class tonight?

When I say graphing temps I am talking about the method described by

www.drrind.com wher you take temps 3 times a day starting 3 or more

hours after you are up. The day to day averages are recorded on a graph

and these tell if your adrneals are well supported or not,
