Guest guest
I have had success using Psyllium Whole Husks Colon Cleanser 2-3 times a week. 100% all natural Fiber supplement. 2-3 tbsp. blended in a smoothie in the evening with Juice of any kind, or lemon water. It has no taste but will thicken up quickly. More liquid may be needed if you wait to drink. (Sometimes I throw in some spinach and 1/2 frozen banana for taste to switch things up a bit.) I buy it at Whole Foods. $12.00 a large 12 oz red, white and blue can. Manufactured by Yerba Prima, Inc. Email yerba@....
