Do CPK numbers spike when first on LND?

I have Dermatomyositis. I've only been on LDN about 6 weeks (about half

that time being on the full 4.5 dose) and my CPK numbers have more than

doubled. They are now at 900. Is this spike in CPK normal? Does LDN

cause you to Herx like AP does???? --Celia <><
