Guest guest Posted September 10, 2001 Report Share Posted September 10, 2001 Here's the way I eat pork rinds. 3 Tbsp butter, melted 1/4 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp onion salt 4 tsp worcestershire sauce Mix the ingredients together and pour over a bag of pork rinds. I think I use about a 9 oz bag of pork rinds. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees for about 20 minutes. Spread on paper toweling to cool. It's kind of like Chex Mix.
