Guest guest
The only thing I hate and disagree wiht on this kind of monitoring is thta they ar NOT in a usual day setting. Sitting in a hospital room waiting for the next blood drw is anyhting but a normalday so ti totlaly doe sNOT apply to their needs and levels during a normal day. Exercise adn stimulus and stress adn rest periods all have to do with cortiol levels and usage. Most of us could use 20MG daily and feel just wonderful sitting in bed all day. But then try to DO anything. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
Guest guest
I hear you, but what if you are in bed all day and still not feeling great? As I was these past couple of days despite being on the HC? I think that maybe it could be of some value. And for me, the stress of getting there and being in that setting might actually skew it in the opposite direction. Even if my Dr. didn't take the above into consideration, I think it would be valuable for ME to have the info. But who knows? I just feel like there has got to be a way to monitor our levels in addition to the temps.
