This I don;t knwo but I think if it were me I would showre first then apply the

cream.

With hrt creams they recommend waiting 3 hours before showering, I

would think hc would be the same as it is a hormone

I usually shower at night before going to bed. I wanted to make sure I

didn't shower too soon after my last dose of HC, since I was trying to do

that one with the cream. I was thinking that 1-2 hours would be fine, but I

I shower at night also and I do so before putting the cream on before

I go to bed. Seems like the safest approach.
