Val, Thanks so much! I thought I already knew so much BUT I have learned

so much from you. I realize I really knew very little about adrenal and

thyroid function (even after a couple years in nursing school and years of

studying since). I am feeling very good today even after going to the

Wellness Center and working out on the machines for an hour this morning.

Am feeling very encouraged. I am convinced the Wiley Protocol was the final

damaging blow to my endocrine system and you have been my lifeline for

healing. This may take a while to complete my healing (just began Nov 07)

but I'm doing well and have good energy. I have good genes I believe. I'm

67 and my mother is 89 1/2 and my father is 94 and both are still

functioning well for their ages. I took my mother for her annual physical

in Dec 07 and her DUMB Dr mailed her bloodwork results to me yesterday. Her

TSH was 2.8 and he wrote on the report that it was FINE. She is on

synthroid but she says she feels " better every day " so I guess I won't

pursue the issue at her age. He does not check either T4 or T3 much less

free T4 or free T3.

My only obstacle right now seems to be insomnia still but that may be

partially because I just cut my estradial from over 10mg daily down to 6mg.

I believe my SHBG has taken a tumble and certainly affected my ability to

sleep (also caused me some serious heart palpatations etc for about 5 days).

Sorry to ramble so much. I do appreciate so-o-o-o-o much all you are

willing to do and your willingness to help!!

Delores
