ANOTHER Question about LDN

When taking LDN, do you experience the Herx reaction like you would with

AP? I've been titrating up to a full dose (4.5) of LDN for three weeks,

having taken the full dose for only 3 days now. I've noticed my joints

are getting a bit sore and was wondering if it's the LDN working or if

the flare is just getting worse.

i've heard from a few ppl saying that they flared on ldn initially but

then rode it thru and felt better after.
