big differences between blood and saliva thyroid labs

my thyroid serum levels results from 5 weeks ago

tsh 1.55 ( 0.34-5.60)

ft4 0.86 (0.58-1.64)

unfortunately they didnt test my ft3

now my saliva labs done just this last week show much higher tsh

and ft4

tsh 73 normal 26-85

ft4 0.42 normal 0.17-0.42

any idea which one would be more accurate and why the tsh and ft4

would come out so much higher just a month later with the saliva? Im

baffled here and could really use some opinions. thanks
