stress

I was diagnosed with Ankylosing spondylitis several years ago and do find stress

a major factor in triggering a flare. 

 

 I'm in the process of exploring the facts regarding AP.  Does anyone know of a

willing Dr. in the Detroit, MI area? My internist is pretty open to my input, so

I will start with her, but would like to know of any other Docs.  I've done the

list of drugs that the specialists say to take with no improvement: what has

helped the most is good diet, water exercise, rest and being aware and avoiding

the things that cause stress as best as I can, but life has stress so can't

always avoid it.
