, and everyone else,

I would say that when you start the Kombucha tea you MUST start out slow.

It is an awesome detoxifier - and will go to work immediately in doing so. One

must be careful! The symptoms you were experiencing were detoxification

. You can definitely keep drinking the tea - but start out with an

ounce or two once or twice a day. And please, make sure you drink plenty of

water when you take the tea. It helps to flush the toxins out faster, not to

mention the other benefits of drinking water. I wouldn't worry too much about

the mercury amalgams and the tea, it will help to remove the toxins from those

too, especially after having them removed.

I make Kombucha 2 gallons at a time here. We always have dozens of quarts

available at any given time. I give a lot of it away, and help many people

start making it.

For anyone that is interested in more about Kombucha - here is a wonderful

web site where you can learn everything there is to know about Kombucha - and

even how to make it. This is where I first learned of Kombucha, and have

followed the recipe for many years. http://www.kombu.de/anleit-e.htm

Also, If anyone is interested, I do have a rather large supply of Kombucha

cultures I would gladly give away (for the price of postage only). It is said,

somewhere in my readings along the way - that the Kombucha culture should never

be " sold " as the exchange of money would somehow render the culture void of all

that is good. I have always given my " babies " away.

If anyone has any further questions, I would be glad to help in any way I

can.

Hugs to all,

Janet
