Don't know how orthodox my answer is....but I am in the middle of

moving, and I found that instead of stress dosing...if I move my

dosing around it helps. For example, I take my full morning dose, but

know I need to spend a few hours packing/moving, I break the next few

doses into 5mg more frequently to keep me going (every 1hr or 2hr).

Same thing if i know I have to be involved in an activity during the

day that is stressful...I move the dosing around into smaller &

frequent increments rather than adding more.
