For example, I take my full morning dose, but know I need to spend a few hours packing/moving, I break the next few doses into 5mg more frequently to keep me going (every 1hr or 2hr). Same thing if i know I have to be involved in an activity during the day that is stressful...I move the dosing around into smaller & frequent increments rather than adding more.
