YES,

I have Dr. 's book and it is DEFINITELY worth the money. It is EXCELLENT

and I am always referring back to it. There's nothing he doesn't cover in it. I

also love his humor.

's Book " Adrenal Fatigue " -- Worthwhile?

Both Amazon and this forum have brought 's book " Adrenal

Fatigue " to my attention once too often to be ignored. I prefer to get

books from the library, but they don't have this one. Not that it's

expensive, but is it worth the time and all to acquire and read?

Jen,

Go to your library and ask for the inner library form.

Just fill it out and they will get this book from another

library in some other town or state for you for free.

They would do that? I'll definitely have to try that! Thanks!

In my state the library has online services connecting all the

individual library's holdings, so you can check on books from your home

computer, and you can login with your library card number and pin number

and place interlibrary loans yourself. It is VERY handy, so is worth

finding out if your state has such service. I can find out what books my

local library has as well as any library in the state, including the

colleges and the state university library.

I use my library's online service regularly, but only for checking

due dates. I'll poke around some more; this is going to be so

helpful! Thanks, Sol!
