Dear Ros, Maz, Lynne and Leonie,

First of all I want to say a massive thank you to all of you for your

very informative and speedy responses. I have been involved in

several online support groups trying to get better answers for

clients from the people who really understand the issues intimately,

others dealing with the same issues. This would have to be the most

responsive and helpful group I have ever encounted. I contacted this

site less than 24 hours ago and I have multiple leads for moving

forward. I am very grateful I found you guys, now if we can get some

decent outcomes for my client we will be home and hosed.
