Hello

I am wondering if anyone has used grapefruit seed extract (in liquid form) for

vaginal yeast?

Should I dilute it with water before use it on my finger nails to treat fungal

infection on my nails?

thought you might find the attached article on cattle and grains and

antibiotics interesting. i find grains the worst food for increasing my

pain - other than the processed foods of course. grains are even worse

than dairy for me. when i was in remission on 200 mg mino a day i could

eat anything and not feel pain or swelling. now that i am off abx due to

side effects, i have to be VERY careful what i eat.

I tried to use it. It is super thick. It is VERY bitter and you can't really

dilute it. I think I used it 3 times and gave up.

I use grapefruit seed extract, but put it in a gelatin capsule, and swallow.

For thrush (fungus on tongue) I started brushing teeth and tongue w/baking soda

thrush was gone in 2 brushing.

I have not used GSE for vaginal yeast, but I have read of others diluting it and

douching with

it.

I have used GSE on toe nails, full strength. I use Nutribiotic brand, liquid.

I use Natren's Megadophilis probiotic in capsules as a vaginal suppository for

maintenance

and prevention of yeast. Good eating habits (low sugar, alcohol, grains...)

seems to help a lot

too.
