Guest guest
I've been reading about how important it is for the adrenals and that you can take quite a bit - like up to 1500mg. I'm only on 250mg now, not including what I get in my twice/day B-50 which looks to be about 100mg total. My Top Doc said that I could go up to 500mg and to split that dose to 2x/day. What are others of you doing? Vitacost has these caps (I'm taking tablets now that I doubt that my sluggish digestive system is handling well, despite all of the enzyme help that I am giving it) - http://www.vitacost.com/NaturesWayPantothenicAcid . Is Nature's Way a decent brand? He also finally got back to me on how much mag glycinate to take and he said 50-100mg at night. That seems low. Maybe he's trying to be careful of my GI? Guest guest
I am also increasing my b5 lately. From my previous experience I know that it helps. try betaine hcl for digestive problems. You may consider using bulk powders.. Beyond a century may have it. http://www.easycart.net/BeyondACenturyInc./B_Vitamins.html#1058 do you digest protein well.. If you don't I suggest you to use vegetable capsuled products. Also magnesium stearate that some supplements contain may be a problem for some who have SEVERE digestive system problems.vegetable source magnesium stearate is fine.I don't wish to make any one scared. Consider this magnesium stearate problem if you have severe digestive system and toxicity problems. bw Nil How much B-5 I've been reading about how important it is for the adrenals and that you can take quite a bit - like up to 1500mg. Guest guest
, Long term you will need to balance your B's there is no B-complex in America that is balanced you will need to add more folic acid it is regulated by the FDA to only 400 mcgs. You will also need to add a lot of Biotin as it is very expensive so they never put much in there. A 100 mgs B- complex only has 33% of your daily low FDA of Biotin in it. Yerba Mate has around 750 mgs of B-5 in a traditional serving. From: jasrich I've been reading about how important it is for the adrenals and that you can take quite a bit - like up to 1500mg.
