Hi, there. Well, my hands are really hurting. I am on the

antibiotics three times a week, with a restricted diet, no dairy, no

wheat, etc. I drink lots of raw juices...still they hurt. I may try

doing the shake more than once a day...try the one that you used....My

doc, the same one who said to give mino a try, wants me to start

methotrexate...as a cancer survivor, anything that has to do with

supressing my immune systym...

And how are you? : )

Have you eliminated tomatoes/potatoes/bell peppers/eggplant? You may also

want to try eliminating starchy foods. Do you do saunas or hot tub soaks

with Epsom salt? Sweating might help eliminate toxins in case they are

contributing to your discomfort/pain. Regards, El

Hi Group,

Just got back from dental apt. to ok surgery 4/13. Thanks to someone in this

site who told us about the protection part for thyroid when having xrays done.

The assistant put the cover over me to take xrays, and I asked her about thyroid

protection. She said " oh yea, we can use that cover " , took off the one from me,

got another cover that had piece to go over thyroid.

Now, why wouldn't they use that in lst place...........and thank you to who ever

told us about that! So everything looking good to go for new hip 4/13th! and

thus begin a new life too, sally
