Guest guest
We are really not certain if PS is ONLY helpful in high cortisol situations. It is said it opens cortisol receptors, thus lowers BLOOD levels of cortiosl that way, but who's to say that opening the receptors is not what some peopel NEED that have low cortiosl. I so feel it is MORE helpful for folks wiht high early stages of adrenal fatigeu as I hav talked to some thta have tried this with very low cortisl and they did not have the same results you have had. So up to stage 3 it is certainly worth considering beyond that it may or may not be helpful. Maybe clogged or damaged cortisol receptors is why cortisol goes high in early AF people. Alot is not known. You say your sex hormones are unbalanced.. is estrogen high or klow as this can also tell if you have high or low cortisol. Low cortisl creates high estrogen and the opposite is also true. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Even at low cases some may have going-on anxiety like myself. It may help those plus it has many other ingredients that i don't know many of them. But for example valerian has calming effect on CNS,st,john's wort also calms so its effect might not be due to PS only but also due to other ingredients. I liked it. It is also good that it is not taken internally but absorbed through skin. I alos see that it does not contain many synthetic chemicals so would not be hard on liver and kidneys. bw Nil Adrenal Calm Ingredients The active ingredients: Phosphatidyl Serine, B1, B2, Valerian, Lemon Balm, Milk Thistle, Polygala Tenuifolia, Hazel Bud Extract, Lime Tree Bud Extract, Juniper Bud Extract, St. 's Thistle, Co-Q 10, St. 's Wort, Bitter Cucumber, Magnesium Phosphate, Marking Nut, German Chamomile, Elm, Gorse, Olive, Red Chestnut, Vervain, Impatiens, Pituitary, Adrenal, Thyroid.
