Guest guest
I would go to 35 and be done with it! Temps do always stabilize but some folks also have to have SOME thyroid to get there, I think all the stress of the recent holidays may also be holding you up as it take a while for the body to recover form these things too. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Ok dear Val, Thanks again and for the CoQ10 info too, I just saw it. How long do you think I shud give it at the 35mg before deciding I'm one of those that needs to start Armour and where should I put the extra 2.5mg? Sara PS I took a B complex after dinner about 2 hours ago, I'm thinking this may be the cause of my sick stomach tonite..I remember I used to feel like this when I was on it a few years ago..do you find you have to eat a big meal to be able to tolerate Bcomplex? > > I would go to 35 and be done with it!
