Guest guest
Carol, you should get a response from Debbie in Ohio. Whitman is her doctor. She may be on a trip to see him right now. I will make sure to forward your inquiry to her so that she sees it as soon as she returns; that is, if she's even gone. But just to make sure that she gets back to you, I'll forward your email anyway. This may be a possible ulcer or hernia. These symptoms were accompanied by fatigue. My GP put me on Rinitidine an anti-ulcer tablet but the symptoms worsened over a month. I then stopped the Methotrexate and took Arthrotec, declofenic(?) and my wheezy chest became much less wheezy and I can swallow food and burp with 5% of the pain. > > Where my symptoms caused by MTX and/or inflammation? Guest guest
Hi Carol, Yes, I still see Dr. Whitman in NJ...just saw him in early May...I remember hearing that he saw patients in NYC but I have never seen him there....here is his NJ phone number so you can call and get the info you need. If you ever need to look him up online...you can look up Summit Medical Group in NJ and then just click on rheum...or his name...I think I remember you used to see him along with at his NJ office. I miss . Hugs, D Dr. Hendriks H. Guest guest
Hi Debbie, Thanks for his number. I guess I could have just googled him but brain fog gets in myvway sometime. I think it has-been at least 2 years since I have seen him, and I have been off the doxy at least a year and a half I miss too. It still seems unreal to me that she died. There are times I catch myself thinking that would love this or that, or I should email something to her. Life is too short! Guest guest
Carol, you are welcome...glad to help...no worries.. I know I miss her too! We have called and talked with a couple times...but the last time I left him a msg he never returned the call and I sent him a letter indicating when we would be there, we wanted to do our usual meet up for dinner or lunch, but never heard back...so...maybe it is hard for him to meet with other patients, friends of hers, theirs ...I don't know...I hope he is doing well, I think of him often....and all the time...she seemed to go so quick...and I know she was a fighter, I learned that from her! She turned me on to DR. Whitman and my goodness, I would not be alive without Dr. Whitman and ...Bless her.... Let me know when you get in to see him....Hugs, Debbie rheumatic Inflammation? > > rheumatic > > Date: Thursday, July 22, 2010, 2:39 AM > > > > > > > > Hi All > > > > Can anyone identify with the experience I am about to describe while on Methotrexate? > > > > For months, I have had a dry, hacking cough and during the last two months, a pain whenever I swallowed food or burped.
