In this case, the writer, a long time subscriber and former contributor to

the group, has tried to unsubscribe several times but has been unable too -

thus the request for help.

That's pretty funny! LOL. You're right about remembering not to make

fun of those who know how to subscribe, but not how to unsubscribe. Not

everyone knows the instructions are on the bottom of every email.
