Guest guest
Great! I'll up the iron and make sure to get plenty of sea salt. I really love the taste of sea salt, so it's not hard to do. One other question--I know that sleep is important for adrenal health. My past disturbance of sleep (due to daughter) is likely the cause of my current situation. Just wondering--if I go to sleep early (by 9) and let myself sleep until 7 or 8 the next morning, I usually feel really groggy and tired all day. If I limit my sleep to 8 hours, I usually feel better. This being the case, is it still important for me to get 10 or more hours a night? Part of the problem of me going to bed so early is that I will not wake up after 8 hours of sleep (which would be 5 am). I'll keep sleeping and when I do wake up after 10 or 11 hours, I feel like I got too much sleep. Is this a symptom of adrenal fatigue?? Thanks for your time and input! Guest guest
It uisually means you slept through your AM rise in cortisol. I feel the same way. Once your body is used to producing a high corytisl in the early hours it is unliekly to change to later to accomodate you sleeping in! I would simply get up earlier and get 8 hours sleep this has always been enough for me and I nap in the afternoons if I feel I need more. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
