Hallo Everyone !!!

Yup , it is the crazy German again > Hope you all having

a pain free day today . I would like to say congratulation

to the new Mom and Dad .Kids are wonderful .LOL I

ought to know we got 6 and 8 grandkids .LOL there is never

a tulle moment with this many .LOL Of course the grandkids are

the best .You can spoil them and then send them home .LOL

Now to something else here .I have read most of the post here

and I am wondering about something .In some of the post

about taken your medicine you write "I am taking 12 1/2 or

15 1/2 mg or what ever mg. of prednison ." How can you take a half

of a mg. ???? The Prednison are very small pills and when you cut

them in half how do you know what half is the right amount ????

Don"s DR. was going to put him once on half of Mg. Well I soon

could see this was not working out to good .What half was the best ???

So I went and got Don the 1 mg.of prednison .There for I was sure he

was getting the same amount each time .Not only worked this out

real well but when it came time to cut back EVERY TWO WEEKS

we just lowered it 1 mg. Don is again lowering the prednison this

weekend .We are going down to 2 mg. for two weeks .Yes Don is

trying this .He would like to get off prednison for a while .Of course you

all know me by now old eagle eye will watch and see .I hope and pray

it will work .Don is lucky he only has RP and no underlining cause .

We are hoping the Ibuprofen will be enough to control the flares. So

my point is please think about the 1/2 mg of medicine .Prednison is

the cheapest medicine there is but also the worst .I pay 6.45$ for

a 100 pills in the 1 mg. And I know he is always getting the same amount

each time .Now please keep in mind this is only my opinion .Ok I hush now and go back to my house work LOL since none of you are going to do it for me. LOL
