They called you..? well thats Great

I was told that I had to call at 3:00......I also heard that they do the

easiest ones first

Sandy,

First the insurance and billing clerks will verify that you're good for the

charges then you'll be sent up to " Same Day Surgery " . There they'll tell you

to " strip down to your smile " , put on a gown and the compression sockings and

booties. Since Dr. R has changed the EKG rules I don't know if you'll have

one there or if yours is already done. Mine was done there. Also, a

phlebotomist came and took some blood.

After that it's good-bye to your family and off to pre-op holding for

consultations with the anesthesiologist and his nurse. That's where they

started my IV Next stop -- the other side!

I hope I haven't forgotten anything important. I'm so excited for you!
