Guest guest
Sandy, First the insurance and billing clerks will verify that you're good for the charges then you'll be sent up to " Same Day Surgery " . There they'll tell you to " strip down to your smile " , put on a gown and the compression sockings and booties. Since Dr. R has changed the EKG rules I don't know if you'll have one there or if yours is already done. Mine was done there. Also, a phlebotomist came and took some blood. After that it's good-bye to your family and off to pre-op holding for consultations with the anesthesiologist and his nurse. That's where they started my IV Next stop -- the other side! I hope I haven't forgotten anything important. I'm so excited for you! Your Friend, na
