How Does Everyone Record Dosage/Symptoms/Supplements/Sleep?

Curious how other members have recorded their treatment. And maybe I

can get an idea from another member that would help me out.

I made a booklet. The 1st few pages are my current & past temp

graphs, then I have weekly schedules (8am to 9pm). On each day of the

schedule I use different colored pens to mark next to the time I took

things.

blue-HC dose

green-T3

red-symptoms, naps, when I went to bed, how much sleep I got, if I woke up

pink-when I take my temp

I do not have colors for my supplements--keeping the supplements

simple right now so I do not forget to take the sea salt, vit C, vit

D......

How does everyone else do it?

..... I looked around for this file that contains the spread

sheet and couldn't locate it. Can you tell me which one it is in?

Thanks, AG

If we are faithful and fail not and faint not, we shall some day know

that the most exquisite work of all our life was done in those days

when it was so dark.

It's in How To Treat Low Cortisol folder in Files.

I was going to ask, what's the potency on the HCL-Betaine supp that

you use and how much do you take again? I've been using the Digest

Gold enzymes and they've been helping. My Top Doc has added bromelain

and HCL-betaine.

Thanks,

Thanks .

One thing I do notice, the weaker my adrenals are for the day or

moment or whatever, the more I need. I love the Solaray Super

Strength. 650 mg Betaine, 162 mg. Pepsin. Good stuff. I take 6-8 a

meal. 2- 3 with a medium snack.

When I get in a pinch I go to GNC and find that their HCL, 600 mg.,

fills in just fine. They are hard pills and not caps like Solaray. I

can see the advantage to both types. But Solaray are notably stronger.

I like Bromelain too. I like a mix of all of it with each meal. It

has done wonders for my entire body. If I don't have them with me for

whatever reason, which I don't let happen, I don't eat. It's not

worth the negative consequences.
