Seeking Antibiotic Therapy in Singapore - why Doc don't recognise Antibiotic Therapy treatment??

thanks for all your help and great recommendations.  Yes I hv received email

from but unfortunately there is no Singapore doc in the list.

 

May I just ask why does Doc not accepting/practising Antibiotic Therapy

treatment since

most doc mention there is no cure to the illness?
