Yes! I love it.

A better analogy: think of it like a rock in a sock! Smash! smash! smash!

And I don't peel the brown either, it's just a bit more fiber!

p.s. Finally got the weston price book. The pictures are

amazing! Sometimes I get a little uncomfortable with the word choice or

comparisons (such as showing an African boy with poor teeth and comparing

his skeletal structure to a chimpanzee (p156)), but I realize that this was

in the 1930s, and he must have very open-minded to travel the way he did

and explore other cultures.
