Yes, that's spam... An attempt to fool folks who don't know the real

moderators into clicking a link.

The part about developing software to block such spam is nonsense.

Yes, I got message from a " rheumatic " site and clicked on and there were

pics of a half naked woman draped over a motorcycle.
