Guest guest
Hi Violet, I started using the cream at Xmas because my stomach was really bothering me. Barb told me how to measure it in a baby syringe to get 2.5mg 7.5mg and 10mg..I will re-post it if you like. You can get the syringes at any drug store I'm sure. A few days ago I started dosing every 2 hours instead of every 4 and so far it is working much better for me. I was getting very dizzy and palpitations. Sea salt really helps if that's an issue but I find with my smaller doses it just feels more 'normal'. I take at least half tsp of sea salt twice a day also. Hang in there, Sara > > Okay, it turns out that it most likely was Cortef that was causing me to feel like I was having a > heart attack, and I'm trying the cream. Guest guest
Sara -- A baby syringe -- such a good idea! Where do you apply the cream? Doesn't it feel yucky? And you just keep doing it every 2 hours? I'm sure that would feel better, but such a hassle! I guess we have to do whatever we must, though! Thank You!
