Guest guest
I know that I do - every time I increase I get what I call the Armour bloat, more GI symptoms, headache, sweating, temps fluctuating for a couple of days and more. Then I seem to stabilize for a couple of days (the bloat goes away first) and the hypo symptoms come roaring back. I'm taking 1 3/4 grains now with 5/8 in the AM, 5/8 at noon, and 1/2 grain at around 4PM. Should I add that next 1/8 to the third dose or to an earlier dose? With my sleep issues I don't know if I'm ready for an evening dose although I know that some people do well that way. > > Some people really feel thyroid increases each and every time as an > increase in symptoms until you go=et to abotu 2-2.5 grains Usually then > it starts turning around and you actually feel better with each > increase.
