I woke up feeling the same way Cherie and it has pretty much all day.

I tested my glucose for the first time today and it was good. My

temps are good, BP is good, and I haven't missed a dose of anything.

The only thing I did " wrong " was sleep in a little later than I do

during the week. I've taken about 3/4tsp of sea salt today so far and

going to take another 1/4tsp now which sometimes helps. I don't know

why I feel like this today, but I usually attribute it to my adrenals.

I hope that we both feel better tomorrow.

Here's another one for the flock. I felt like that for a few days too

even though my bp, temps etc were ok. Today was a bit better, though,

but the increasing nausea is a bit alarming to me. I have noticed that

staying up late and sleeping in does worsen the symptoms. I feel

better when I'm able to keep a good sleep pattern. I just wish I had

the self-dicipline to go to sleep on time and to set the alarm at a

decent time.

I don't have anything else to attribute it to other than going to bed

later and getting up later and not sticking strictly to my dosing

schedule because of it. I was better today but still somewhat dizzy.

I've upped the sea salt lately already. I jinxed myself talking about

my stable temps - I'm cooler today for some reason too.
