Here is an excellent site I found on a search for good enzymes. I am

now using AIM prepzymes but would really like to find something that is

not a muti-level business. I am a distributor for them, but they're

still expensive if you want to take more than the bootle indicates.

So what do you think about the info?

I think AIM has great products but I do try to stay away from mlm b/c they

are so much more expensive. If you find a product that isnt let me know. I

was using cell tech's enzymes which I love but I bought from my

chiropractor. I dont believe they are as good as cell tech's though. If

you find any let me know.

ALso, where can one get info re: Schult'z fast?

I would like to add to this so that it might help also.

> Nickname: <-- after you install the mirc and get up

on a server you need to do this in

the status window

/nick

yournickyouwantsgoeshere

^ make sure you have

that space.

*remember to play with your

nicks. there are many others out here

who might have thought of your

nick so have fun with it. for example:

one of my nicks is---> No1`

after you have got your nick to stay as your nick then you need to

register it and give it a

password so NO ONE can use it. to do that you have to be in your new

nick.

then you type this in the

status window -----> /msg NickServ Register yourpasswordhere

thenyouremailadresshere

then you should see this :

NickServ A short message has been sent to the email address you provided

NickServ with simple and quick instructions on how to permanently register

NickServ this nick. You won't be able to modify this nick's setting or send

NickServ memos until you follow the instructions within the email. This

nick

NickServ will expire in 24 hours if the email instructions are not

completed.

what I would do for a email address is give them a web address something

like , hotmail

I wouldn't give them your home email and what I mean by that is like for

example my

home base email is unique@... but for my nicks in the mirc I use

this one

_MsJeckel_@... I find to keep it safer to not let your personal info

so easy to get at :o]

after you see that msg in your status window go and check your email. The

one you gave them :o]

then you should get a letter from them in the first 24 hours. As soon as you

get it repy right away.

so when you check your email have your mirc program up and running so if it

does come it will be so

much faster to get the info in to the server. you should get a letter that

looks something like this:

Subject: Welcome to DALnet!

Add Addresses

Yournewnickhere,

You are recieving this message as part of an automated nickname

registration system on the DALnet IRC network. If you did not request

this service, you may simply ignore this message.

---------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks for registering your nickname on DALnet. To complete

the registration process, simply type the following command next

time you visit us:

/msg NickServ AUTH younewnickhere 39596978473798

that last line you cut and past that to the status window in the mirc

program then you will see this msg from them in your status window:

NickServ Mission accomplished! The nick yournewnickher is fully

NickServ registered. You now have access to change your nick

NickServ settings, send memos to other users and use DALnet's

NickServ registered user web site at http://users.dal.net

NickServ

NickServ Thanks for making DALnet your choice! :)

after all that is said and done you need to type this in your status window:

/msg NickServ SET KILL ON

just like that :o] that will tell the server that you have your nick

registered to you and NO ONE

can use it and if they try as for the pass word and if they don't know it

the server will change there nick to a guest nick.

Ok now if you see this in your status window:

NickServ This nick is owned by someone else. Please choose another.

NickServ If this is your nick, type: /msg NickServ IDENTIFY <password>

NickServ Your nick will be changed in 60 seconds if you do not comply.

DON'T worry :o] all you have to do is this:

/msg NickServ IDENTIFY yournewnicksnewregisteredpasswordhere

after all that is said and done finally you type in your status window this

:

/join #

that will take you right to the chat place :o]

**For those of you who don't know how to Cut & Paste here is how you do

that:

to cut and paste: highlight a text, by clicking and dragging your mouse over

it, then hit ctrl+c ( use ctrl+v to paste the text )

to cut and paste: highlight a text, by clicking and dragging your mouse over

Let me know if I can help any more :o]

I hope this has helped someone :o]

Leah,

I think will be happy getting new clothes. He's even saying " new

jeans, Santa " every time I put something on and the button pops or it's too

tight. We're actually starting to laugh about it and say " that's right,

Santa needs to bring new clothes this christmas, but he does add " and Toy

Story 2 " . That one has been up in the closet from the day it came out. It's

killing me to keep it from him.

Jeanie,

has a whole payroom of toys that he doesn't touch. The only thing he

has ever played with for as long as I can remember is his cars, if you call

lining them up playing. He does shoot a basketball once in a while.

I live in Southern California and have access to many Trader Joes or TJs --

they are GREAT!!! A lot of products are organic -- though no raw dairy. They

do carry a non-homogenized whole organic milk though. I buy pasture fed

ground beef and steaks there from Australia that are great. Great prices on

everything -- great cheeses, nuts, produce, wines, etc. I don't know what I'd

do without TJs. I don't know if I'd call them the walmart of health foods --

they are really in a class by themselves.

I went through much of what you are talking about prior to my surgery.

I would think " I have to do something about this " , and then it would

seem to be somewhat better. I also tried not to whine about everything,

in fact kept most of my swallowing problems to myself as long as

possible, then finally started having to wince everytime I needed to

swallow, started choking at night in my sleep. Things like that were

alarming to me and my husband, and it really scared both of us. I

researched the heck out of swallowing disorders and had practically

diagnosed myself before I even had the myotemy, unless of course, if it

was cancer. I made up my mind as soon as I knew my diagnosis for sure

that I wanted to have the surgery to get on with my life. I have never

regretted it. I was afraid that my husband would balk and say " try

these other fifteen thousand things before you let someone cut on you " ,

but it was just the opposite...he had also researched it and knew that

surgery was the best fix for long term solution and that surgery was

eventually inevitable. He was actually relieved when I told him that I

wanted to have surgery to get it over with. I had a wonderful doctor,

VERY little pain, and was so much better starting from the day I went

home from the hospital. I have a normal life again. I don't take any

medicine for anything related to stomach or esophagus. I eat anything I

want. I sleep fine. And I'm really ok. Hallelujah!

Hi Dan,

Yes, you can grow wheatgrass until it seeds and provides you with wheatberries.

But then

you would be farming and not sprouting. It's a whole different world.

I believe it takes a few months for grasses to mature and go to seed. And I'm

not sure

how big of a field you would need in order for them to pollinate. Perhaps you

could try a

web search for " wheat farming methods " or something similar.
