The sex hormones are very relevant as they can clarify what is going on

with the adrenals. Estrogen will suually go high in very low cortilsl

for instance. Also the state of your DHEA helps id4entify which stage of

adrneal fatigue oyu are in. It is best to foolow the itmes and dates

they spoecify fo rthe best most accurate results. If it takes oyu an

hour to collect th efill sample I would just put the last time .

My form gives a time collection window. The times to fill in are for the

last time a meal or snack has been eaten. I'm using Diagnos-Techs

all the available boxes are already checked. There is an extra pour off

tube. I called them and they said to disregard it... That's not a Canary

Club test.

I guess they send the same kit to doctors.

hmm... wonder what's up with that, I've seen people mention the pour off

tube before.

I did my Canary Club panel last September, and my kit came with two pour

off tubes and instructions.

If you don't use the pour off tubes you won't get the full panel? Or

maybe they now can test sex hormones and thyroid from the standard 4

tubes and no longer need the pour off tubes?

I filled both of my pour off tubes and sent them in December. I used Diagnos
