Guest guest Posted June 25, 2008 Report Share Posted June 25, 2008 Hello group, I finally decided to start on the AP, and now i have an ulcer (or something) due to long term Celebrex usage. The doc wants me to take Nexium, a stomach acid inhibitor (PPI) which i'll probably have to start on tonight since my stomach is burning. Does anyone know if the Minocin and Nexium can be taken together ? It seems to me that it will create a very unfavourable environment in my body, since the Nexium kills stomach acid causing bugs to multiply. This is on top of the antibiotics killing all the intestinal flora also. I feel like i've run out of options in life. My knees are badly swollen and it's hard to get around.
