Hello, chevyg1rl88:

Yes, You have ankylosing spondylitis.  Get checked for the HLA B27 antigen.

Chances are You do have AS.  And there is an effective AP for it, but diet is

even more important.

If Your pains are inflammatory in nature, and asymmetrical instead of

symmetrical, well, it is PROBABLY AS and not FM, SLE, or RA.

FM is the MOST COMMON MISDIAGNOSIS for AS in women.

Good Luck,

I have been diagnosed in Feb with Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Rheumatoid

Arthritis, connective tissue disorder, Ray-nod's syndrome, and osteoarthritis.

I've been to 2 different Rheummy's and they did not help me one bit. One seemed

to think I'd be ok with muscle relaxers and Tylenol and the other tried

Plaquenil and when that didn't work he said there was nothing he could do for

me. That I needed to increase the Ibuprofen and all would be ok. Well guess

what it's not. I have taken to finding vitamins that work and changing my life

style. Now i am in the beginning of the diagnosis, but my journey has been

going on for over 3 years. I have started taking Turmeric and Coconut Oil

vitamins. These help me alot. However, I can't raise my hands over my head.

Simple stretches are impossible for me. My wrists are in constant pain. I live

with the perfume of muscle rub. I have hit a wall, and came across this site

off another site. I am looking for

help from those who have traveled this road before me, and will pay it forward

if I get the help that I need. I truly believe that God brought me here for a

reason. If you are interest in game playing and supporting your own pocket, i

don't need your help. But if you are honestly out for helping someone with your

genuine best interest in mind, that is worth my time.

,

It is so ironic you said that. I just did a project in my pathology class on

the auto immune diseases and that was one that struck me. I am going to college

online because I want a strong education behind me when I get well. It was on

my list to research.

You mentioned diet... What did you mean? I will be researching it but will take

any information.

Lindsey,

Yes after researching natural ways to help me it was one that I felt strong

trying. After that I spoke with a holistic herbalist who thought it could help

with movement and other heath issues.

Hi Lindsey;

Actually turmeric and coconut oil are extremely good.Coconut oil

has antifungal and antibacterial properties and the caprylic acid in it

is what really helps.I take 2 teaspoons a day and cook with it all the

time.I also use it as skin moituriser that smells quite nice.

encourage me ..... and most important, they care about me!  So stay with us,

Have you been tested for Lyme? I would suggest that you get an Igenex test

for this. You may be surprised with the results
