Guest guest
, as you know, the purpose of using a sauna is to sweat out the toxins in the body - also accomplished by the hot Epsom Salts/hydrogen peroxide baths as outlined in the FAQ. I realize there aren't many on this list who will make the effort to do this, but for the more brave at heart like yourself, and those serious about accelerating the wellness process, an alternative to these baths, and much more effective, would be the cold sheet/hot herbal baths recommended by Dr. Schulze in his Save Your Life Manual in the " curing of cancer " . There are four steps to this procedure but I'll just detail the baths. If you are interested in the entire procedure, email me for full directions. 1. Put an ounce each of cayenne pepper, ginger root and mustard seed - preferably powdered into a square piece of cloth (an old T-shirt will do) and tie it up into a ball with a piece of string. 2. Fill the tub with water as hot as your body can stand and place the ball of herbs in the tub - squeezing it over and over to activate it. The hot herbs in the water will help build an artificial fever. To further accelerate the process, drink hot herbal tea while you are in the bath - a minimum of 6 cups. Dr. Schulze recommended ginger tea as it activates the digestive system and makes you sweat. It is very important to stay well hydrated. Should you get light headed and feel faint, have your helper place a cold washcloth on your forehead. Cayenne tincture will prevent fainting and lobelia tincture will stop any body spasms that sometimes occur. (I did not experience either of these symptoms. I added more hot water as the water in the tub cooled down.) Stay in the water as long as you can stand it - then try for 5 minutes more. 3. While you are in the tub, have a white COTTON bed sheet (double size) soaking in a pail of ice water. When you get out of the bath, have your helper wrap you in this ice cold sheet and immediately lie down in a bed you have covered with plastic topped with another COTTON bed sheet. Have your helper place another COTTON sheet over you and then pile on the non-synthetic blankets. Your feet are uncovered and oiled with olive oil and a garlic paste made with vinegar is applied to the bottom of the feet to pull toxins from the feet. Bandage the feet with 2 inch gauze strips to hold the paste on the feet, and cover with WHITE cotton or wool socks and then recover the feet with the cold sheet and blankets. 4. You are left in the sheets overnight, and by morning the sheets will have turned multi-colored from all the poisons drawn out of the body - often toxins that have been there for years. A friend of mine, who is a physician, had been sick for many years. She had cured herself of breast cancer that had metastasized to the bone, but then maybe 5 years later came down with symptoms of a couple of the inflammatory rheumatic diseases including scleroderma. At this time her arms and legs were bronzed in color and hard as a table top. She started the AP and then embarked on Dr. Schulze program as well as the BECK protocol. The first time she did the baths, the sheets turned several vivid colors - including purple. The next morning, in a rush to get to work, she dumped them into a tub, took a shower and went to work. When she got home that night and went to wash the sheets, they were actually stiff. Along with these baths, I have found the hot/cold shower treatment (done 2-4 times a day) effective in increasing circulation of the blood. You alternate hot water for one minute, then cold for one minute. It is recommended you do this for about 15 minutes. I can send you pictures if you would like to see it. Guest guest
Dear Ethel, Thank you so much for the information below. I especially appreciate the reminder to use MMS. I recently purchased some with the intent to bathe in it but have been procrastinating. Your reminder and provided link led me to the information I needed to actually get started! So many thanks to you. I'm beginning to suspect you may be one of my guides in this life's journey! Thank you also for the cold sheet/hot herbal bath. It sounds very interesting and I'd like to try it someday. Guest guest
Does anyone know of a source where I can purchase some FIR ceramic lamps to create a sauna in my bathroom. I need 2, 250 watt lamps from what I understand. I cannot find an actual place to order online or off. I don't want to purchase a pre made sauna or a kid. I just need two lamps. Oh, and the THMI (or whatever) is bogus. That page has said it's coming soon for well over a year and a half. Soon is a relative term. I'd like to be able to order now if possible. Thanks in advance for any help. Oh, and have any of you done this? My bathroom is small, about 11 X 5 so I figure just eliminating drafts and plugging in the lamps should make an effective sauna.
