Guest guest
Your temps look mostly low thyroid but low cortisl is still a possibiity as temps are not perfectly stable, -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Thanks Val... I guess I suspected that I'm not on enough thyroid, but I've been hesitant to add more because of the adrenal pain. So do you think the bioidentical hormones have nothing to do with my adrenal pain? Guest guest
Sorry Di, but I talk to SO many people in a day that I cannot possibly remember any one person;s details. I usually ask that you put some reference in the questions so I knwo what you are talking about without havign to hunt through back emails for th reference. What bioidentical hormones ? -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Hi Val, My original question was I'm taking bioidentical hormones (biest - 5.0 mg 60%, progesterone - 50 mg., testosterone - 50 mg.)... just wondering if they are causing any added stress on my adrenals. I also take Cytomel and HC and had been feeling OK for a couple of weeks, but now my adrenals are acting up... near constant adrenal-based back pain. You asked if I graphed my temps and I said yes... they are: 97.9, 97.8, 97.9, 98.1, 98.2 97.8, 97.9 for the last week. You said these temps could indicate low thyroid or low cortisol since temps are not stable and I replied that I know I'm not on enough thyroid but didn't want to raise when my adrenals are so stressed and I'm already at 25 mg. of HC which has been enough for me in the past. My real question is whether these bioidenticals (biest, progesterone, testosterone - all topical)... put added stress on the adrenals? Have you ever heard of any correlation between adrenal pain/stress and the topical bioidenticals I'm taking. Thanks, Di > > Sorry Di, but I talk to SO many people in a day that I cannot possibly > remember any one person;s details.
