Guest guest
Sol ' Thank you for posting thr T3 article. I've always had an unerlying concern that maybe T3 might have contributed to the mess I'm in,even though I had the most stable, productive two years of my life after starting T3. My Family Practice dr.got pretty huffy when I gave her Dr. 's tape and said it was off-the-wall. The alternative dr. I finally went to gave me T3. Unfortunately, he uses only blood tests and eventually quadrupled the Armour along with it after I'd had an unusually bad viral infection. Of course, I wound up with hyperthyroidism and who knows what else.. Thank's Agaon, Pat Dr. Lowe article on long term T3 treatment http://www.thyroidscience.com/Criticism/lowe.2008/blanchard.t3.beliefs.pdf sol ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message. Guest guest
Glad you liked it. I subscribed to Dr. Lowe's Thyroid Science newsletter just recently, but think it is going to be interesting, this article is from the latest edition. And I confess to wondering what would happen if I never could go back to dessicated thyroid, so I found the article reassuring. What happened to you is why I sometimes think those of us who self treat may be better off. At least I know my own symptoms, journal my meds, temps, etc, and I don't have ANY trouble believing I really experience my symptoms. I don't think most docs really believe or trust their patients, I know I've had a lot of doctors whose disbelief in me was obvious, but maybe the ones I thought believed me just hid their skepticism better, LOL. sol pat wrote: > Thank you for posting thr T3 article.
