Guest guest
Have you tried contacting the company and asking for a list of ingredients? It's true that we need to be careful, just because a product claims to be natural or organic, they still sometimes contain ingredients that are unhealthy! I was shocked when I ordered some liquid chlorophyll and it contained parabens!!! Kim Melaleuca I am a new member to the board and just starting to learn about adrenal fatigue and more about my hypothyroidism. A friend wants me to join the company Melaleuca and purchase " natural " cleaning products and other things from that company. It is touted as being a " natural " green company. I cannot find on the Melaleuca site any mention of ingredients in their products and after a thorough search of the internet, have come to the conclusion that the ingredients in their products are just as bad as supermarket brands. Since you all here seem to be knowledgeable about these things (chemicals and products that are unsafe for thyroid), is there anyone who can tell me if there are truly parabens and petrochemicals in Melaleuca products. Again, from the little I could find on the web, there are harmful ingredients. I also think that Melaleuca spends a great deal of time doing damage control on the internet and dupes people into buying their " natural " products. Thanks! Guest guest
I am not familiar with them, however, I would be very wary of any company where you have to do a lot of digging to find out what is in them. This is a huge pet peeve for me. I have been to sites where you have to click several times to find info like ingredients or price and I never end up ordering from them. If you are proud of your products, you put the info up front or within a couple of clicks. Not only do many animals react badly to it, I do. The companies that sell these products refuse to disclose ingredients.. That si good enough for me to not use their products. Guest guest
Thank you Val and all - I have my answer. I suspected as much. I will not waste my money on Melaleuca products. I know there is also an MLM (think that is what they are called) company called OxyFresh that is the same way - our neighbor sold it for a while - tried to get me to buy and join the MLM - under the guise of their products being " natural " and good for you. It was not until I bought a few of their products that I saw the ingredients and parabens was a biggie. You most definitely have to read the fine print with everything! Thanks again everyone. I knew you could help me with this dilemma! Chris > > >>is there anyone > who can tell me if there are truly parabens and petrochemicals in > Melaleuca products.
